Octopus, to life, and Daniela Saderi, a Ph.D. in neuroscience, co-founded PREreview to revolutionize how we approach peer review. Our work together was a moment of pride, and you can read all about it in the article “The Incredible #WomenInTech Who Are Changing the Academic World Alongside Wingravity” from 2019.
Now, I’m honored to introduce you to Diana Enachescu, the founder of Tressori Space. Like other women leaders, she was once that little girl with big dreams.
Today, she’s making them come true, creating something to inspire and uplift others. Her story is one of courage, creativity, and unstoppable ambition—and I can’t wait for you to read it.
As a female founder, I’ve got this radar for other women entrepreneurs—there’s this unspoken bond like we’re all in the same crazy, chaotic, beautiful battle. So, when I came across Diana’s profile on LinkedIn, I thought, “Why not? Let’s shoot my shot.” Worst-case scenario? She doesn’t accept my invitation. Best-case? I end up connecting with someone who I admire. Spoiler alert: she accepted it.
A few weeks later, Diana sent me a message asking if we had availability. And just like that, we went from LinkedIn strangers to potential collaborators. However, it wasn’t until our first call that we realized just how much of a powerhouse she really is.
Picture this: We log into the Hangouts call, and there’s Diana. Big smile, totally relaxed, and you could tell right away she meant business. She radiated that perfect mix of warmth and no-BS attitude. The kind of person who can make you feel welcome and keep you on your toes. I remember thinking we need more of this energy in our lives.
After some quick intros, I asked her who recommended us. Her response? Classic Diana: “You can thank yourself—everyone on LinkedIn knows you’re working with React.”
She had me wondering why we hadn’t met her sooner. It’s like the universe has this sneaky way of introducing the right people at the perfect time. We both quickly realized working together would be a win-win. However, a minor obstacle arose—her company operates in Romanian, while all our documents are in English. So, there was some extra paperwork involved. Did that slow her down? Nope.
Diana is the leader who, if you throw a brick at her, will catch it, smile, and build a tower with it. I realized right away—this was my kind of person.
Organized? Check. Obsessed with Jira? Check. Agile methodology? She essentially speaks it as her second language. However, beyond all the structure and efficiency, she’s just fun to work with. Her passion is contagious, and in no time, she became one of our team’s absolute favorite people. We’re talking about someone who gets things done and makes you feel like you’re in it together, building something important.
She’s bold, driven, and real—the kind of founder who makes you want to high-five the universe for putting her on your path.
Diana founded a peer-to-peer marketplace for fashion resale in Romania that brings together buyers and sellers committed to sustainable fashion called Tressori Space.
During one of our many chats, I asked Diana what inspired her to create Tressori Space. With a glimmer in her eye and a smile, she said,
“Pure passion for fashion. I wanted to empower people to embrace sustainable fashion.”.
Now, let’s pause for a moment. We’re talking about fashion, the same industry that convinces us we need 17 versions of the same black dress, yet only 10% of it will ever leave our closets. Diana, though? She’s out here telling us to declutter and to find unique pieces that reflect our style.
The irony? Diana loves fashion, and she’s not shy about it. While most of us were overloading our shopping carts with impulse buys, she was thinking bigger. She wasn’t just in love with clothes, she was obsessed with the idea that fashion could be sustainable, ethical, and still jaw-droppingly stylish.
So she built tressorispace.com, a platform that makes it almost too simple for people to declutter their wardrobes while also monetizing it and finding unique pieces. Her vision was clear:
“Fashion shouldn’t just be about the latest trend or a mindless scroll through sales—it should be about making thoughtful, personal decisions that don’t leave a trail of environmental destruction behind and won’t clog your life.”
And let’s not forget the heart behind it—Diana is all about creating a marketplace that reflects Romanian values, with a focus on quality over quantity and a deep love for fashion that lasts.
Other competitors may be big, however, TressoriSpace? It’s personal.
It’s the marketplace that understands where you’re from, how you live, and what you need.
So if you’re standing in front of your wardrobe, thinking, “I have nothing to wear” or “Why do I even have this?” Diana’s platform got your back.
With her passion and determination, Diana is on a mission to redefine fashion consumption in Romania. She’s bold, driven, and authentic—the kind of founder who inspires you to rethink how you shop and embrace a more sustainable future.
If fashion is a love story, then Diana’s version is the one where both you and the planet live happily ever after.
I can’t wait to see where her journey takes her next!

I’ve always had a strong opinion about fashion: I’m all about unique items that tell a story, and I can’t stand mindless consumerism. It feels so wasteful to buy something just because it’s trendy, only to toss it aside a few weeks later.
It’s astonishing and infuriating. We’re drowning in “trendy” items that quickly end up in landfills, while the true essence of fashion—creativity, artistry, and sustainability—gets lost in the noise.
That’s why I connect so deeply with Diana’s mission. She’s creating a platform that champions quality and individuality over mass production.
Fashion should be a celebration of our uniqueness, not a race to keep up with the latest trends.
In a world saturated with brands pushing their latest “must-haves,” Diana is leading the change for a more mindful approach to fashion. She’s inviting us to rethink what we wear and how we shop, and that’s a movement I can wholeheartedly support.
Together, we can shift the narrative from consumerism to meaningful choices, and that feels empowering.
All of us can change the world with the right mindset.
Embrace her vision, and let it inspire you to create a more sustainable future for ourselves and future generations.
