A 30-year company with an outdated online face

Polo Handels AG is one of the leading paper, carton board, and packaging providers in the CEE region. Their website didn't reflect that.

▸ The problem

Polo had thirty years of operations, a strong customer base, and a website that didn't represent any of that. The product and service catalog couldn't be properly showcased. Prospects couldn't interact with sales reps proactively. Sales meetings opened with apologies for the site.

The brief was clear: build a complete, editable platform that positions Polo as a high-quality customer-focused partner. Give visitors a way to engage proactively. And give the in-house team a CMS they can run without engineering involvement.

The work had to respect the brand heritage (no scrapping decades of equity) while modernizing every customer-facing touchpoint. Sales reps would use the site as a daily tool. Customers would judge Polo by it.
