Challenge
Slashscore's target users, who had never used the software, were interviewed and tested. Their feedback confirmed our ideas about the product's compatibility, responsiveness, users' lack of trust in how it communicates with them, and inconsistency.
After we finished the user journey, we were able to find pain points, put them in order of importance, and make a relaunch roadmap.
With V2, we aimed to be bold and stand out! Designing something that has never been done before is challenging, but it was a task we welcomed. We also highlighted version 2's advanced features to make the product easier to use.
